Danny and Bonnie, a dynamic couple in their fifties, found love in the exhilarating world of extreme sports during their motorcycle journey across Europe. Their shared passion for adrenaline-fueled adventures sparked a connection, leading them to remarry.They decided to establish Wild Riders Travels, a travel agency dedicated exclusively to extreme sports.
Danny and Bonnie approached me to craft a branding language that would capture the essence of their extraordinary travel agency. They gave me free rein with the design, but had one non-negotiable request—the logo must feature a skull, akin to the one adorning Danny’s riding jacket.
Wild Riders Travels offers a plethora of experiences and attractions unlike any other. What sets them apart is their hands-on approach—they handle everything from coordinating activities to liaising with operators, ensuring a seamless experience for their clients. The crown jewel of their business? Unique ski trips personally led by Danny himself, a true passion project.
For WR, I developed a distinctive and dynamic design language that reflects the adrenaline-pumping world of extreme sports, while paying homage to their signature skull motif. The responsive logo features a vibrant color palette and a bespoke typographic system inspired by the worlds of skiing and skateboarding.
The new branding was unveiled in January 2024. With a shared purpose, strategy, culture, and identity, the reinvigorated brand opens doors for those seeking unforgettable experiences. Bonnie, the agency’s owner, reflects, “Seeing our incredible clients around the world celebrate life in their exhilarating way—that’s what keeps us going.
